I write this note each year in the pause between one kind of intensity and the next. This time I'm writing it amidst a very reflective period of thinking about what the next 15 years of Bettr will look like, and I keep coming back to the same thought: The year started shaky but ended beyond expectations.

The report looks at the year behind us, how we responded, and what’s next as we work towards enabling more regenerative landscapes and thriving communities.How we work will keep changing. Why we do it has not changed in 15 years.
