Which course suits me?

Start with your goals. Are you exploring coffee as a hobby, building barista skills, or shifting careers entirely? Each course is designed for different experience levels, from foundational to advanced. Browse by category or use our course finder for a guided recommendation.

How do I know the funding and subsidies available for the course I am interested in?

In the individual course page, use the Funding Calculator to find out the amount of subsidy you are eligible for.

Can I reschedule?

Request to reschedule must be submitted in writing to academy@bettr.group at least 3 working days before course commences, subject to a $30 admin charge. If the request to reschedule is given less than 3 working days, it will not be approved unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate or equivalent, subject to a $30 admin charge. You may reschedule a class only once. After which, the course fees will be forfeited.

Do you offer weekend classes?

Yes, weekend slots are available for some of our courses. Weekend dates are very popular, so register early!

When will I know if my course application is confirmed?

Upon successful payment of course fees and/or approval of SkillsFuture Credit claim, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 7 working days. If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please write in to us.
