Work For Good (WoFoGo)
Designed for youths seeking a purposeful, short work experience journey. Students will undergo a 2-day workshop with the option of taking on an internship opportunity.

Programme outline
WoFoGo is a transformative training programme designed to guide youths through their journey of self-discovery and social responsibility. This is a unique opportunity for students who are eager to make a difference but may feel uncertain about how to start. By participating in this programme, they will gain valuable insights, develop essential skills and networks, and foster a mindset geared towards positive change.
Spanning across two full days and four modules, WoFoGo guides participants in understanding their communities and themselves. Through inspiring discussions and innovative exercises, attendees will ignite their ideas and discover actionable pathways to launch a career filled with meaningful impact.
Discover and learn
- Short but substantial curriculum that empowers youth with mental, physical and emotional know-how to navigate the workplace.
- Validated neuroscience research & evidence-based approach rooted in the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence framework.
- Up to 40 youths or students per batch will be trained with optional internships and other industry exposure opportunities.
- Get to know other youth changemakers in the Impact space at the Annual Youth Connection Day to open doors to other opportunities in the ecosystem.
- Public or private runs so you can sign up for yourself, your youth or as a school or youth organisation with subsidies.
Note:
1. WoFoGo is only available to youths aged 15 and above
2. Class must achieve 100% attendance unless valid reasons are presented
Notes
Students are expected to be tasting coffee.
Maximum of 2 teachers in the class at anytime.
How to apply
WoFoGo public runs
For any youth who would like to sign up, or any parent/guardian who would like to enroll their youth. These runs are open to any member of the public.
Venue: Bettr Academy @ New Tech Park
Time: 9am - 6pm (both days, including 1 hour lunch break)
Class size: Up to 40 pax per run
1. WoFoGo is only available to youths aged 15 and above
2. Lunch is not provided; coffee, tea and beverages from our coffee bar are provided
3. Class must achieve 100% attendance unless valid reasons are presented
WoFoGo private runs
For any school or youth organisation that would like to enroll their youth as a class.
Venue: Bettr Academy @ New Tech Park OR school/organisation premises
Time: 9am - 6pm (both days, including 1 hour lunch break)Class size: Up to 40 pax per run
Limited funding spots available. Funding subsidies are made possible by Bettr Group and the National Youth Council
