ESTA Botanicals Foundation
This course covers the twelve most commonly used botanicals and their basic knowledge, and gives learners the opportunity to taste and compare them.

The Botanicals Foundation course blends theory with practice, allowing students to explore and enjoy the twelve most common botanicals, with opportunities to taste and brew some of them. It is part of the European Speciality Tea Association's Tea Certification Programme and covers foundational knowledge in botanical infusions.

As part of the European Speciality Tea Association’s Tea Certification Programme, this course serves as one of its foundational modules. It blends theoretical knowledge with practical activities, allowing students to acquire and practice new skills throughout. Participants will explore and enjoy the twelve most common botanicals, with opportunities to taste and brew some of them.

Certification
Upon successful completion, learners will receive a certificate of completion by Bettr Academy and a Foundation level certificate for Botanicals Foundation issued by the European Speciality Tea Association (ESTA). Students must pass an online written exam and receive a positive skills report from the instructor.

Request to reschedule must be submitted in writing to academy@bettr.group at least 3 working days before course commences, subject to a $30 admin charge. If the request to reschedule is given less than 3 working days, it will not be approved unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate or equivalent, subject to a $30 admin charge. You may reschedule a class only once. After which, the course fees will be forfeited.
