SCA Sensory Skills Intermediate
Are you eager to enhance your sensory skills? This course will dive deeply into the science of sensory analysis, covering advanced methodologies and the art of cupping.

Overview
This course builds on the concepts and skills introduced in the Sensory Skills Foundation course. If you've enjoyed what you learnt, this course will bring you deeper into the science of sensory analysis, methodology and cupping.
Learn about the physiology of taste and aroma; the types of sensory analysis tests, the operation of a cupping session; the diversity of coffee attributes; the use of the SCA Flavor Wheel and WCR Sensory Lexicon; and the implementation of a sensory analysis panel and session.
Note: The SCA Foundation and Intermediate levels within a specialist module will only be available as a combination. This aims to provide a more comprehensive coffee education, enhancing skill application and a more enriched learning experience.

You may reschedule a class only once. After which, the course fees will be forfeited.
