Regardless of how tasty or appealing an establishment's dishes may be, food cleanliness is absolutely essential to ensuring the survival of hospitality businesses, and to keep customers coming back.
By the end of this course, you will be competent in handling and preparing food in safe, hygienic ways in line with regulations, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of utensils, equipment and premises.

If the request to reschedule is given less than 3 working days, it will not be approved unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate or equivalent, subject to a $30 admin charge. You may reschedule a class only once. After which, the course fees will be forfeited.
