Overview
Barista Skills Intermediate builds on the foundation-level course. It is ideal for those who have barista experience and want to make better coffee while preparing for more complex job functions in the barista profession.
Gain a deeper understanding of coffee, coffee variety, origins and processing methods on flavour; the parameters of coffee quantity, sensory aspects, grind texture, water quality, workflow management, customer service and more.
Note: The SCA Foundation and Intermediate levels will only be available as a combination course. This aims to provide learners with a more comprehensive coffee education, enhancing their skill application and a more enriched learning experience.

Request to reschedule must be submitted in writing to academy@bettr.group at least 3 working days before course commences, subject to a $30 admin charge. If the request to reschedule is given less than 3 working days, it will not be approved unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate or equivalent, subject to a $30 admin charge. You may reschedule a class only once. After which, the course fees will be forfeited.
