Delivered over 6 intensive days, the updated programme rigorously trains and assesses participants in cupping, sensory analysis, and green coffee evaluation using the latest Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) tools. Learners will refine their ability to detect differences and defects, describe coffee accurately, and apply sensory science in real-world buying, selling and quality assurance contexts - joining a global network of modern Q Graders shaping the future of specialty coffee.

If the request to reschedule is given less than 3 working days, it will not be approved unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate or equivalent, subject to a $30 admin charge. You may reschedule a class only once. After which, the course fees will be forfeited.
