You’ll manage loyalty programmes, create educational content, and lead data-driven initiatives that tell Bettr’s story—unpolished, authentic, and inspiring—across digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage a customer rewards programme across Bettr’s channels.
- Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns with rigorous performance tracking.
- Create educational, value-driven content aligned with Bettr’s mission.
- Manage social media strategies and engage communities meaningfully.
- Develop segmented email campaigns and maintain brand asset libraries.
- Maintain marketing performance dashboards and conduct ROI analysis.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and impact measurement.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content strategy, or digital marketing—preferably in F&B, social enterprises, or specialty coffee.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills across digital, email, and social media platforms.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable using analytics tools, measuring campaign performance, and iterating based on insights.
- Team-player with organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
