Marketing Senior-Executive / Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

As our Marketing Senior-Executive/AM, you’ll craft campaigns that not only connect with audiences but also build meaningful value and measurable impact. You’ll manage loyalty programmes, create educational content, and lead data-driven initiatives that tell Bettr’s story—unpolished, authentic, and inspiring—across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage a customer rewards programme across Bettr’s channels.
  • Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns with rigorous performance tracking.
  • Create educational, value-driven content aligned with Bettr’s mission.
  • Manage social media strategies and engage communities meaningfully.
  • Develop segmented email campaigns and maintain brand asset libraries.
  • Maintain marketing performance dashboards and conduct ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and impact measurement.

Requirements / Qualifications: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content strategy, or digital marketing—preferably in F&B, social enterprises, or specialty coffee.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills across digital, email, and social media platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable using analytics tools, measuring campaign performance, and iterating based on insights.
  • Team-player with organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
