Academy Operations Crew (Part-Time)

Be the heartbeat of our Bettr Academy, ensuring smooth daily operations that support our mission of using coffee as a force for good. 

From setting the stage for transformative classes to keeping our facilities running seamlessly, you’ll be part of a team that believes in making impact happen—messy, meaningful, and memorable. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, values collaboration, and takes pride in creating spaces where learning and community flourish.

You will work closely with the Academy Manager and Heads from our Social, Roast, Corporate and Business Development teams for the implementation of operations processes and project initiatives that will drive higher operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide logistical, operational, and administrative support for the day-to-day running of the Academy.
  • Ensure smooth class setup and closing, maintaining SOPs and driving process improvements.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to implement operational processes and project initiatives.
  • Support marketing and engagement activities to increase participation in Academy programmes.
  • Manage facilities, safety, security, and resource scheduling (rooms, manpower, classes).
  • Maintain and improve the physical and tech infrastructure of the Academy premises.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or training delivery—ideally in F&B, education, or social enterprises.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; adept at scheduling, logistics, and multitasking.
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage digital tools (e.g., calendars, registration systems, basic troubleshooting).
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptable mindset—comfortable working across teams to make purposeful impact.

In addition, the following is desirable but not required:

Experience in working, studying or volunteering with vulnerable/disadvantaged young people or adults
