As a Part Time Bartender at Bettr, you’ll craft exceptional beverages that complement our coffee-forward hospitality. You will bring creativity, precision, and flair to every drink you prepare, creating memorable moments for guests. This role blends technical skill with genuine customer engagement, perfect for someone who loves to experiment with flavours while delivering service with personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Engage with guests warmly, recommending drinks tailored to their tastes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Manage bar setup, stock, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to pair drinks with food offerings.
- Assist in creating new menu items and keeping up with beverage trends.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Track inventory, assist in stock ordering, and perform stocktakes.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of bartending or beverage service experience in F&B.
- Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Attentiveness and patience with guests.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work shifts.
