Coffee Services-Baristas (Part-Time)

As a Customer Experience Barista, you’ll be the star of the show, crafting stellar drinks and serving up wow-worthy moments. Your mission? To not just make coffee, but to create coffee magic!

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks, quickly and to standard.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Craft consistently high-quality food and beverages.
  • Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and recommend new offerings to customers.
  • Manage POS systems, cashless devices, and delivery platform devices.
  • Maintain inventory records for food, pastries, milk, and coffee as per SOPs.
  • Keep the store in a pristine and inviting condition at all times.
  • Execute store opening and closing SOPs.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of coffee/barista experience.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling.
  • A positive work attitude and a team player, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player and good communication skills.

Salary and job title will depend on your experience as a barista (specifically) and F&B experience (in general), and ability to handle job duties assigned.
