Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable service standards, ensuring that guests receive prompt, attentive, and personalised service.
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanour and escort them to their tables.
- Provide attentive, personalised service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu and be able to offer recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Maintain a clean and organised service area.
- Clear, clean, and turn over tables as per SOPs.
- Ensure that there is sufficient serveware, cleaning where needed.
- Handle guest feedback courteously and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Perform daily opening and closing SOPs.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling.
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- A positive work attitude and a team player, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player and good communication skills.
- Able to work shifts.1–2 years of coffee/barista experience.
